Mods Intro

    Initially I had intended to simply paint the car black, and replace visible exterior parts that were worn (Head-lights, tail-lights, door-handles, and emblems) as well as bolt up some Turbine rims with new rubber. The loan I received to cover the job was twice what I expected, and I ended up purchasing a road-race suspension, and V8 swap parts (T5, 3.73 8" posi) instead of paint.


Motor

    Rebuilt 306 short block w/ stock internals
    Western Motorsports ported GT40 cast iron heads

    Edelbrock Performer RPM intake
    Holley 650 DP carb.

Fuel System

    Ground Pounder fuel pickup, #10 main and #6 secondary
    Two Holley Blue fuel pumps (One specifically for nitrous use)
    All flexible lines braided stainless steel
    5/8" hard lines (One on each side for each pump)
    K&N billet fuel filters (One before each pump)
    Brass filters at carb.
